Suicide within our community affects people of all ages, professions, and backgrounds. As an occupational therapist working in mental health, I see the impact of these mental health challenges on individuals and their families. We can never truly understand what something is going through and it is our responsibility as a community to support, connect, and spread awareness about this topic. The more we support and connect with each other the more we can heal and grow as a community.
This cause will not only raise suicide awareness on Cape Cod and the Islands, but it will support this extraordinary non-profit which educates our community on this challenge and supports those that have been affected. Please help our community by either donating or spreading awareness!

As an occupational therapist working in mental health, I see the impact of these mental health challenges on individuals and their families.
