Support Suicide Prevention on Cape Cod
We are the Monomoy Regional High School Hope Squad, a peer-led suicide prevention group dedicated to supporting our fellow students. Guided by adult advisors, we meet regularly to discuss and learn about mental health, receive training to recognize signs of distress and encourage those in need to seek help. Our mission is to create a positive shift in school culture and promote help-seeking behaviors among struggling students.
Our work wouldn’t be possible without Sharing Kindness, whose generous support helped establish our Hope Squad at Monomoy. In addition to funding training and curricula for Hope Squads across Cape Cod, they provide vital grief support to our community.
